San Francisco 49ers principal owner and CEO Jed York was arrested Sunday in East Palestine, Ohio, during an operation involving the Mahoning Valley Human Trafficking Task Force.

York was reportedly initially charged with engaging in prostitution and possessing criminal tools.

The prostitution charge was later reduced to disorderly conduct, and York reportedly pleaded no contest to the remaining charges, was found guilty, received a short jail sentence, and was ordered to pay roughly $1,150+ in fines and fees.

This is the billionaire CEO and principal owner of one of the most famous franchises in the NFL.

And somehow this story is barely making a ripple nationally.

Kandi’s soon to be ex husband Todd is asking the court for primary custody of their two kids. In his November 26 filing responding to Kandi’s petition, Todd says Ace and Blaze are currently living with him in Georgia while Kandi is frequently out of state for work. He argues her work schedule will keep her away for the next several months and says that if they cannot reach a custody agreement, he will seek primary physical custody, joint legal custody and final decision making authority, while still wanting Kandi to have substantial time with the children. He also praises Kandi as a loving parent.

Todd acknowledges signing a prenup before their 2014 wedding but claims he was pressured to sign it right before the ceremony without his lawyers present. His filing says this raises questions about whether the prenup is enforceable. If it is not, he may seek alimony in addition to a division of all marital assets and debts.

Kandi’s November 21 divorce petition lists their separation date as July 15, 2025 and says the marriage is irretrievably broken. She is asking for joint custody, child support to be determined by the court and for the prenup to be enforced. Kandi announced the split after 11 years of marriage via a statement to People.
