@CB_1901 Feel for Howell. Clearly not at the playing level for this standard yet anyways, Hurzeler is feeding him to the wolves and it doesn’t look good whatsoever
@TheBrightonBase@AndyNaylorBHAFC Something tells me if we lose badly to Brentford and Bloom is in that away end with portions of disgruntled fans, surely he knows his time is up
The mere mention of Thomas Frank to Brighton is laughable
Same problem as Hurzeler, lack of identity, playstyle is terrible, it would be a sideways step in terms of appointments
@L_BHAFC His injury record prior to that though is abysmal so who’s to say he wouldn’t have done his ACL with us. I liked Lamptey but unfortunately his battle with injuries meant he wasn’t as good as a player he was in 2020-2021, besides Kadioglu would’ve started over him
Big Hürzeler fan…
4-2-4 De Zerbi style build-up with the best use of inverted centre backs that I have seen. Superb Emery-esque detail on direct play. Dynamic higher. Often in a 3-1-6 with two natural wingers.
Man-to-man press.
Adapting to Palace’s 3-2-5 lower in a 5-2-3.
Top.
@aidanD544@talkSPORT I’d imagine quite a few were his choice, he’s been backed more than any manager we’ve ever had so has to be doing better with what he’s got at his disposal
Can’t believe what I’m hearing from @talkSPORT, saying that Hurzeler hasn’t been backed properly.
Correct me if I’m wrong, but we have spent over £200m under his reign #bhafc
@BrightonBubble If he goes now, then Crofts intern for the rest of the season
Then in the summer, Kjetil Knutsen is someone who I would like to see in the dugout
Last season you can give Hurzeler the benefit of the doubt. A lot of poor performances during that time, but it was his first season
Since then we’ve regressed badly, and you have to point the finger at him.
Not one of those players believe in him anymore
That was one of the most spineless, pathetic and lethargic performances ever
No way back for Hurzeler now, the players clearly aren’t playing for him
Time for change #bhafc
This isn’t just a Manchester City issue, it’s a Premier League problem
The only thing saving match going premier league fans is the £30 ticket cap, apart from that, it seems as if this is a problem for most top flight clubs
