one of my highest conviction holds right now is $microduck

i bought it near ATH around 15m because once i finally did my dd, the asymmetry looked obvious

this isn’t just another random AI meme

you’re betting on a physical AI/robotics product with Nvidia ties that people are already rushing to order

to me, it has that iPhone of robotics potential

once people start receiving them and timelines get flooded with videos, the meme basically markets itself

then you have the CEO repeatedly retweeting the coin page

$AI ran toward 300m

so why can’t something more visual, viral and normie-friendly reach the same parity?

people always understand the thesis after price validates it

at 10m nobody cared
at 30m they start getting it
at 100m they’ll say it was obvious

hitting 25m mcap in 3 days is a sign that this has plenty of attention.

my barometer for a coin being derisked is usually 20m or so and it hit that in under 3 days and already had the 0.618 pullback from the highs.

the co-founder is schizoposting microduck all day long and they sold 10400 robot pre orders in a week making microduck the biggest launch of a new consumer robot ever.

Apparently the peak of ROBOTICS in 2026 is a $399 duck on roller skates.

Microduck pre-orders topped $2.6M in 24 hours. Now there’s a 4–6 month backlog.

Not a humanoid. Not a warehouse robot. A duck.

That’s where the joke gets inconvenient.

Microduck is from Pollen Robotics, now part of Hugging Face. The duck is 25 cm tall, weighs under 800 g and ships with seven trained behaviors. You can teach it new ones and upload them for other people to use.

For years robotics has been showing us expensive machines doing impressive things behind ropes, inside factories or in suspiciously perfect demos.

Then someone puts a beak on a small robot, charges $399 and suddenly people want one in the house.

I laughed at it first.

Then I got annoyed that THIS might actually be what cracks consumer robotics.

Then I started thinking about what I would teach it.

That may be the whole point.

People buy the toy, teach it something stupid, upload the behavior, copy what someone else made, and suddenly a lot of people are tinkering with real robots at home.

Necessary? Absolutely not.

Do I want one?

Annoyingly, yes.

Maybe robotics does not enter the home when robots become essential.

Maybe it enters when they become impossible to resist.

as someone who has actually been here since inception, this is rather funny

you see a version of this every 5 months for years

Solana is in the best place it's been in since inception

- leads RWA growth
- leads spot
- leads scale with more scale than all other chains ***combined*** including "newcomers"
- is not a multisig server
- just got 2x faster
- just doubled blockspace
- just passed disinflation proposal
- has the highest number of rev generating startups
- *does* have a great path w.r.t perps with a dozen integrations coming up
- has an upcoming most scalable privacy and private defi layer in all of crypto
- is the most battled tested blockchain at mass scale in existence
- is top 2/3 in literally everything

this is not to say it is perfect or is without its troubles. it has a lot of work to do. and the best track record for doing it.

it is simply to say "it's in the most perilous place it's ever been in" is nonsense slop
