A liquor store along Kiambu Road near Rubis is seeking legal help after repeated harassment by people claiming to be police officers.
The individuals have seized stock, refused to identify themselves and grabbed phones from employees and members of the public who attempted to record the incident.
When a Kenyan company is looking for a CEO, the one mandatory minimum requirement is MASTERS DEGREE or higher! This has forced many Kenyans to acquire Masters Degrees even when they don’t know what Thesis they wrote as it was sub-contracted to their Professors.
And therein lies the tragedy. With all the Degrees, Kenyan companies have been unable to dig themselves out of holes.
In the US, Apple has just appointed John Ternus has its CEO. Ternus has only one Degree. Apple is valued at us$5Trillion … bigger than the entire GDP of Africa.
Of US 500 biggest companies, 188 don’t have any university degree.
We have put too much premium on Masters Degrees even instead of cognitive intelligence. We end up with charlatans as Ministers, PSes, CEOs & Presidential Advisors!
@gabrieloguda Now please show us a photo or video of the referral hospital in Migori or Homa Bay so we can compare it with the Level 4 hospital recently opened by Wamatangi. You may then extend this comparison to ECD classrooms
HE @PR_Diomaye of Senegal became President at 44. 2027 @edwinsifuna will be 45. True the opposition must democratically choose one presidential candidate. But you mean SIFUNA, BABA’s reincarnation, shielded by a BABU Nairobi governor, cannot lift a Sword, Bible & Constitution?
Hello guys. The speaker Mombasa county @AharubKhatri under the governor of Mombasa @A_S_Nassir have grabbed a public park and are currently building a mosque inside. I’m so sick of Muslim politicians doing ungodly things and using mosques as cover ups. Mombasa apparently has only two green spaces and now there’s nowhere left for public activities especially for children. They’ve grabbed this land and are pretending that it’s for a mosque. The speaker sent goons to attack people who are against it fortunately there’s an ongoing case in court to stop this. There’s a mosque just a few meters from here so this is clearly land grabbing. Shameless uncouth people using religion again. @A_S_Nassir hands off public lands, no amount of mosques will ever cover up for your sins
The law is the law. It does not matter for how long the law has been violated. Article 138(1) & (2) of the Constitution, on the Procedure at presidential election, categorically provides:
(1) If only one candidate for President is nominated, that candidate shall be declared elected.
(2) If two or more candidates for President are nominated, an election shall be held in each constituency.
Voting at elections is conducted as provided under Article 86, which provides:
86. At every election, the Independent Electoral and Boundaries
Commission shall ensure that-
(a) whatever voting method is used, the system is simple, accurate, verifiable, secure, accountable and transparent;
(b) the votes cast are counted, tabulated and the results announced promptly by the presiding officer at each polling station;
(c) the results from the polling stations are openly and accurately collated and promptly announced by the returning officer; and (d) appropriate structures and mechanisms to eliminate electoral malpractice are put in place, including the safekeeping of election materials.
From the law above, there is no way the results for the Presidential elections cannot be announced at the Constituency as required by the Constitution. #ReKe #GetitDone #KnowYourConstitution
Article 10 of the Constitution is not a suggestion. It is a binding obligation on every State organ.
When the government borrows in our name, it must uphold the national values of transparency, accountability, integrity, and public participation. Article 201 reinforces this by requiring openness, accountability, and public participation in all financial matters.
Public debt is not the government’s debt. It is the people’s debt. Every loan signed today will be repaid by Kenyans through taxes, now and for generations to come.
Before any government commits the nation to more debt, Kenyans have a constitutional right to know why the money is being borrowed, how it will be spent, what it will cost, and what benefits it will deliver.
Borrowing without meaningful public participation is not just poor governance. It is inconsistent with the values and principles of our Constitution.

Kenyans really consume a lot of politics. I tried watching news today at 9 pm. The first 24 minutes of the broadcast was pure politics. Nothing about technology, investment, innovation, agriculture, education, healthcare, tourism, urbanization, etc.
ANOTHER VICTORY FOR THE CONSTITUTION AND THE PEOPLE OF KENYA
Fellow Kenyans,
Today, the High Court has reaffirmed a simple but powerful constitutional truth. Public office is not a shield against accountability. Public information belongs to the people, and every State officer has a duty to uphold transparency, accountability, and the rule of law. The court found that my constitutional right to access information held by the Busia County Government had been violated. Judgement in Omtatah v @HonOtuoma issued on 27.07.2026 by the High Court at Vihiga. NO PUBLIC OFFICE IS ABOVE THE CONSTITUTION
This case has never been about personalities. It has always been about protecting public resources, defending the Constitution, and ensuring that no public institution operates in secrecy. The judgment sends a clear message that openness, public participation, and constitutional governance are not optional. They are legal obligations.
I welcome this decision as a victory for every Kenyan who believes that public power must always remain subject to public scrutiny. Our commitment to defending the Constitution remains unwavering. We will continue to pursue accountability lawfully, fearlessly, and without compromise. #ReKe #GetitDone

We have moved to the High Court to put an end to an unacceptable illegality that continues to bleed our country dry.
The IMF and the World Bank must operate under the Kenyan Constitution, or they must leave.
