PILOT REPORTS A UFO/UAP
A UFO (Unidentified Flying Object) was reportedly sighted in the skies over Londrina and reported by a pilot to Londrina Airport Approach Control on Monday night (the 13th). The audio was recorded around 9:00 PM. The phenomenon was reportedly also observed by the airport's control tower. Reporters attempted to confirm the information with NAV Brasil, the state-owned company that manages the tower, but received no response prior to the publication of this article.

The aircraft involved was reportedly a Beechcraft King Air C90—with a registration ending in OTE (Oscar Tango Echo)—flying between São Paulo and Maringá (in the northwest region). During the communication, the pilot asked if there had been any previous reports similar to what he had just seen in that area.

"A question: has anyone, on any night, reported sightings of lights to you—over to our west, say, around the 290° or 300° mark? Just curious..." the pilot asked. "No, negative; we actually just received a report from the Londrina Tower regarding some lights in that exact western sector, right here within the terminal area," the controller replied.

Upon learning that the controllers themselves had received a similar report, the pilot asked if there was any identification regarding what was being observed. "And were they able to identify what it might be?"

"No. Not for the moment; there is no scheduled traffic, nor anything within our knowledge," the controller said.

The pilot then described the characteristics of the lights he had seen. According to him, the brightness and the speed of movement caught the crew's attention. "Look, I’m just putting this on record: honestly, it’s sensational—and, well, it gives you the chills the moment you spot the lights. Near that light, there’s another one further ahead—I don’t know if it’s a planet or what it is. It’s very distant, and it’s always there, but seeing the lights gives you the chills. They are incredibly intense and move very fast; it’s unbelievable," he described.

The controller asked if it was possible to estimate the phenomenon's approximate distance. Unable to pinpoint the distance, the pilot once again emphasized the speed at which the lights were moving.

"Negative... I don't know, it’s very strange. I won’t make any bold claims—it might sound like we’re joking—but it’s very far away, because the lights are at a high altitude and moving very fast. When they appear, it looks like they’re flying in circles."

The pilot also emphasized to the controller the fear he felt upon spotting the lights. "I’m just putting this on record because it really feels like something supernatural—it gives you the chills, both me and my colleague in the cockpit here. But anyway, thanks. Sorry to bother you with this."
