It is not for the first in history that prisoners gets paroled and/or released, or gets remission of sentences on a number of grounds. Now, how did this one escape so many of them. Although the presiding officer of the day did mention that the records of the sentence will remain.

The more I try to apply my mind towards that judgment, the more it looks really puzzling that those judges indeed arrived soberly at the decision they have made. How can so many people can conflate and confuse sentence with period of incarceration.
