@HMRCcustomers ๐ฉ I've already tried that.. The automated chats just block you, it can't handle a simple request like asking for an update on a request. There is no phone number to call, no email address. The option to check on how long something should take doesn't include chamge of details.
@HMRCcustomers No, as I said, NOTHING has happened, no change, no request for further information. Nothing, name is still the same, request is still there with ref number but NOTHING has changed.

@absoluteradio has your podcast back catalogue been removed for some reason? Jason manford, Jon Richardson, Dave berry.. Majority of their podcast back catalogue has disappeared from Apple podcasts, also checked audible podcasts and gone from there too?
@DDhopn You did kinda leave the door open on that one ๐ but I appreciate the hindsight re IQ comment ๐ Iโm still a supporter, I ignore the stuff on Reddit, Plutus is working for me.. All Iโd say is proofread the communications from a customers perspective, will our message antagonise.
@DDhopn Am glad you admit there has been misinformation.. from Plutus. Iโve been a supporter from the start, and have witnessed the moving goal posts, the poor communications, the antagonistic emails to customers, from Plutus. You most recent references of IQ being one of the worst.

@eToro Worry about your own service before you worry about TikTokโฆ plenty of other options to step in your shoes. Start by resolving tickets and sticking to your quoted time frames.
