Gun buybacks are not that)

@SymoneDSanders I don't know how else to say this, but "turning out" just isn't a priority over feeding your kids when you could lose your job by missing an hour of work.. and so, so, so many places gave up on mail-in voting or outright prevented it. 3 million mail ballots in 2020, 2.2m in 2024
