@doclauravater These are baseline expectations. But let’s talk about the other half of the equation: the environment. Learning isn’t solo process. Attendings who teach & involve make the difference, not just in what they learn, but how supported & confident they feel. They’re your team today!
@drmoneymatters I second their proposal for better patient care! I’d even go further and propose that IR should manage their own admitted patients after procedure instead of saying “ok surgical team, your patient now”. Maybe it’s time for radiologist to have inpatient, new perspective!
