I've been thinking for a while that we really do need to get better about not trusting grocery stores and start buying directly from our ranchers to prevent this sort of thing from happening.

@brendanwritesX I once interviewed an Orthopedic Surgeon on a related topic.

He said the #1 factor for patient recovery was whether or not they believed they would recover.

#2 was whether their caretakers believed they would recover.

The #3 factor was the surgeon's operative skill.
