The agreement has not been signed yet, and its full commitment and implementation are another issue.

Israel is not a party to the memorandum of understanding and said that 'Trump has committed (in another life) to removing the Iranian enriched material (no), the dismantling of enrichment infrastructure (no), limits on missile production (never), and the cessation of Iran's support for its allies in the region (never ever).'
