🚨 Turmoil in Wanderland

Following last night's loss, the feeling is that Juan Mata is unhappy with manager Alen Stajcic.

Mata was taken off at half time, it's now understood that he perceives the Wanderers boss as tactically inept, lacking leadership qualities.

I am being told that Nicholas Lennon's request to join the Jogo Bonito Tour was REJECTED.

The breakdown was allegedly caused by no one on the tour having any idea who this aspiring journalist was.

The organisers opted to go with Jamie Zhu (?) instead.

Seeing rumours that Al-Ahed backed Terrorist group Hezbollah is not granting Central Coast Mariners a safe return to Australia.

I can confirm there is no truth to this, CCM will return to the Coast shortly, in time for their Semi-Final against Sydney FC on Friday.

Gabriel Lacerda Update: 🇧🇷

I can confirm the Ceara defender has arrived in Sydney, some time within the last 48 hours.

He has already met with team and staff, now ready to be revealed as a Sydney FC player shortly.

Lacerda will join on loan for the 23/24 season.

At one stage, this deal looked unlikely with Carluccio's agent unhappy with certain agreements.

That has been cleared up, Jarrod will arrive with the expectation of quality game-time.

Perth trial ex-Macarthur Player: 🇨🇾

Interesting from last night, former Bulls and FC Mitjylland Midfielder Antonis Martis trialled with Glory in a friendly last night.

He was a standout on the park, playing 60 minutes in 4-0 win against Floreat Athena.

One to keep an eye on.
