Dozens of volunteers are writing postcards to thousands of Amish across Pennsylvania.

We were entrusted w/ this list of Amish families & are continuing to court their votes.

This is grassroots organizing.

MAYOR LONGO’S NEIGHBORHOOD SCHOLARSHIP

Over the years, I have donated over 100% of my $1,200 per year pre-tax Mayoral salary to Slippery Rock area charities, nonprofits, and scholarships.

Continuing that tradition, I present Emma Zorn, the first of two recipients of this year’s Mayor Longo Neighborhood Scholarship, who earned a $600 scholarship to pursue her studies at @westminsterpa

Typically split into 4 separate $300 scholarships made from my $1,200 per year pre-tax salary as mayor, Emma was one of only two eligible applicants this year. As such, I gave her and one other a $600 scholarship!

The point of this scholarship is to support @RocketSchools graduates who choose to keep their talents close to home by attending Slippery Rock University, Butler County Community College, Westminster College, Grove City College, or New Castle School of Trades.
