@Janet_Reid Ha! The first graphic was a mere spark, but here is the full enchanted enchilada. A lot of inspiration is packed into this 1-Minute Theater rendition of "The Search For The Levitating Fruitcake. [My original art, but music by other created artist.]
@Janet_Reid This gave me visions of "levitating fruitcake" rising up from a handcart, while served by 1800s Czech gentlemen. So, I created this. I was careful to omit any "hindparts", to keep it PG rated.
@MaxOakland3 @ItsEricP @gruber Isn’t a USB audio interface/device still an option on those laptops with no headphone jack, assuming it doesn’t introduce significant lag or noise?
@twibbonsupport@twibbon May I suggest you put an advisory note in a prominent place about how it only works on a desktop operating system and not a mobile device operating system. Otherwise, someone might inadvertently think there’s something wrong with the product/service.
@twibbonsupport@twibbonsupport I tried again and it finally got the authorization with Twitter to be verified, but Twibbon goes back into endless loop mode to starting a campaign, as if the Twitter response never occurred. What to do?

@twibbonsupport I tried to sign up to create a campaign, but it is caught in an endless loop, and keeps going back to the authorizing step with Twitter. It rapidly flashes a screen that disappears, so what now?

@Bryanauthor62@kristenwEditor That's true persistence and requires strong belief that the particular story needed to be told. Was there a temptation to move on to a new story? At the same time, how much of a factor in the eventual sale was the growth of the author and the tweaking of the story after feedback?
@toketaWare For iThoughts iOS, if a mind map gets very large, it no longer becomes possible to "pinch" and reduce the scale enough to show all content at once. Is there a gesture to toggle between current zoomed-in view and a view of all?
@SuperRisu@GraphixBooks@Scholastic@city_of_dragons This is an enjoyable clear quick overview, to help demystify the creative process, and make it more accessible.
I didn’t catch what underlying painting app was used to do the stages of the comic.
Also, is the script part handled separately or integrated?
Thanks
@toketaWare For iOS, after a Select and Copy for only a section of a bigger mind map [but not the entire mind map file], is the PDF option non-functional? Meaning, after selecting for a PDF, I can’t find any way to actually turn it into a PDF that I can use somewhere else.
@toketaWare If Apple iOS rules allow, could you consider adding the file name to the top of the screen, above the tool button row? There’s a big blank space there. It would help when going forward and backward between files, when using the navigation button or a search result.
@toketaWare To clarity about PDF copies of iThoughts mind maps (MM):
- I can email a WHOLE MM as PDF for iOS app, but I want to save a PDF directly to say Box or Evernote, without emailing.
- For the PDF option of contextual in iOS app, I’m talking about only a PORTION of a MM.
@toketaWare In macOS, the printer function can also save a PDF digital copy. Perhaps iOS might allow for this with iThoughts someday soon? Or, is it not likely to be available as an option for developers?
In any case, I seek a clear PDF copy option on iOS now. Did I miss it?
@toketaWare When I copy a section of a mind map on an iPad, and select the PDF option from the contextual menu, I get deadended. Meaning, I can’t paste it into the Mail app or PDF Pen app or Evernote or Box or anywhere. Am I missing something?
@Cernovich Some literary factoids:
- Hemingway’s novels were so short they are better termed as novellas.
- Nobody actually reads Faulkner, but for some reason some like to claim they do.
@toketaWare A Flash format mind map app used in U.K. academic circles [CmapTools or Compendium?] has a superbly handy Transclusion feature. Meaning, each edited instance of a topic is synced/updated to every instance elsewhere. Can you look at adding this? It is transformational!
