Having the worse experience I’ve ever had with a bank. @Chase is absolutely awful. Take my BBC word and close every account and go to a credit union or a personal bank. These people would suck the blood from your dead body if they could. I’ve never been treated so poorly

@Chase Chase bank cares nothing for their long time clients. They are absolutely awful. Do not use them. Go to Navy federal. They actually take care of their clients and treat them like humans. @Chase treats their customers like numbers.

@Chase 20 plus year customer. They screw up my auto pay I’m out of town. I come home to my credit scribe down 144 points. I’m in the middle of a refinance. CHASE refuses to help in any way. I will be moving everything to Navy federal. I advise any and everyone to NOT USE CHASE!!
