🚨 Abdul El-Sayed’s October 5th NYC Fundraiser Is Being Hosted By A Disbarred Lawyer U.S. Courts Found Engaged in Bribery and Fraud 🚨

Islamic communist US Senate candidate Abdul El-Sayed @AbdulElSayed is holding a fundraiser on October 5th in New York with a group of DSA members, Jew haters, far left donors, and climate change hucksters, including Steven Donziger.

That association raises serious questions about Abdul’s judgment.

Donziger is a disbarred lawyer. New York’s Appellate Division stripped him of his license in 2020 after finding him guilty of “egregious professional misconduct.” A U.S. federal judge previously ruled that the $9.5 billion Ecuador judgment Donziger helped obtain against Chevron @Chevron was the product of fraud.

In 2011, Chevron filed a RICO (anti-corruption) suit against Donziger in New York City. The case was heard by US District Judge Lewis A. Kaplan, who determined that the ruling of the Ecuadorian court could not be enforced in the US because it was procured by fraud, bribery, and racketeering activities.

The findings included ghostwriting a court-appointed expert’s report, witness tampering, coercion of judges, and bribery. Those findings were upheld on appeal.

Donziger was later convicted of criminal contempt of court for repeatedly defying court orders, including refusing to turn over electronic devices. He served time and spent nearly three years under house arrest. U.S. courts described a pattern of willful defiance and corrupt tactics by Dozinger.

His former Ecuadorian clients also fired him over questions about how tens of millions of dollars he raised in their name were spent.

Choosing to platform and fundraise with someone a U.S. court found engaged in fraud and bribery to “win” a legal case is not a small optics problem.

This is further evidence that Abdul El-Sayed, who wants to Abolish the police, openly embraces illegal behavior and misconduct for personal gain.

Voters in Michigan should ask why a US Senate candidate would attach his name to that type of criminal record.
