What I have an issue with is no communication from the trust to patients affected...

2/2 rebooked for tomorrow and called @TheCountessNHS to ask how to get hard copy but bluntly told 'we dont do appointments, speak to your GP'. That'll be the GP that told me to book with you. Out of pocket & still don't know if I'll get my test tomorrow to find out what's wrong!

1/2 Shocking treatment. Booked in a blood test 8 wks ago at Stanney Lane (run by @TheCountessNHS). Got there today to find computers went down yesterday so only those with physical forms can get tests, not online, but no message sent to warn. Cost - additional £20 for parking...

@hannah_pinnock @SportSJA Unfortunately they've been doing this for 20 years and show no signs of changing. They gutted my newsroom until it no longer existed & have systematically repeated the process. Only practical advice I can give is never work for Reach again.
