At the time of purchase #Maserati watch they talk all about customer value, warranty. after this i don’t think there is any customer service left here. Instead of covering this damage in warranty which is supposed to be covered they are trying to earn more money from customer.

#Maserati If they are making watch waterproof it should be water resistant but now it seems like they are selling this watch by saying it is waterproof and at the end when something like this happen they will wash their hands off by saying it was customer’s fault.

Unfortunately i have received very bad response from them. They’re trying to get rid of it and said it was my fault and asking for another ₹8000 for the repair which is disgusting. I have paid ₹26250 for #Maserati watch just to cover warranty, better features and customer Care.
