You can say I’m biased with my profile picture, but unless you have a bathroom on board, the extra range and all the advantages in the numbers are not going to be fully utilized. In reality the vision jet is way more comfortable, spacious, cool looking and has just enough range for my bladder.

Buy where properties are profitable, use the rent to pay your rent where properties are not.

What I’d do is buy a nice rental property in Florida, Arizona or Texas. Having non rev benefits is a hack to have rental properties elsewhere. In those states you can buy a property for half the money but the rent you receive is the same as the price of rent in CA for a property twice the price. I did this. Example; my LA place was worth 1 million but the rent was 4500/mo. However, in Florida with a 500k property I was able to get 5000 a month. All while building a nice real state portfolio.

Im having the same issue in some of mine where we’ve had lovely tenants that we would’ve not increased to, or we wouldn’t have increased by so much if this wasn’t the case.

Also, everybody is having to raise the rents for the same issue so even though we raised, most places have risen as well so there’s limited options for them to move. So far our market is absorbing these increases with the influx of people we have but some of our long time tenants are being priced out and having to move farther away.
