slow flow and no reflow are the final result of a microvascular obstruction during PCI. 5-year results of the DEFINE FLAIR trial are out now. Similar rates of MI and revasc, and exactly the same outcomes between iFR and FFR in deferred patients. However, this signal towards higher mortality with iFR needs further investigation.
