Rewatching the sopranos I’m able to recognize the 2 different parental styles Tony has for Anthony Jr. and Chris. Example below:

Tony worries about Anthony Jr finding out about his mob life and attempts to coddle him. Meanwhile Chris is tied to the life and tries to find ways to contribute to the mob, Tony instead scolds him. An interesting parallel the two draw and we see how Tony reacts to their actions
