Our warriors began Ukraine’s Constitution Day with great accuracy. Last night, our long-range sanctions reached two oil refineries in Russia. The Slavyansk oil refinery in the Krasnodar region was hit – about 300 kilometers from the frontline. We also reached a refinery in the Yaroslavl region, approximately 700 kilometers from our border.

We continue our operations that weaken Russia’s ability to wage this war. Each of our long-range sanctions means fewer resources serving Russia’s war machine, and another step toward peace. We will continue to respond to Russian terror. I thank our warriors for these results! I am grateful to everyone who helps us. Everyone who defends Ukraine also upholds the power of the Constitution.

This week, 15 of our regions have been targeted by Russian strikes. There have been almost daily attacks on Kherson, Zaporizhzhia, Kharkiv, and Sumy. The Russians are using various types of weapons to strike people, ordinary residential buildings, and our civilian infrastructure. Unfortunately, there are casualties from this terror almost every day. And the threat of these Russian attacks remains constant. Over the course of this past week alone, there were around 1,400 attack drones, almost 1,500 guided aerial bombs, and 19 missiles of various types, including ballistic ones.

Strengthening air defense – primarily anti-ballistic protection – expanding cooperation within the Drone Deal format, and increasing pressure on the aggressor are key priorities. Sanctions on Russia and its partners over this war must be enforced where they will be felt most. We need strong and rapid steps that will force Russia to move toward ending this war. Everything that strengthens Ukraine helps bring peace closer. I thank everyone who is helping us.

Today is the Day of the Center of Special Operations “Alpha” of the SSU: professional, brave, and motivated warriors who carry out complex and important missions every day for Ukraine’s security.

Over the years of the full-scale war, Alpha fighters have destroyed thousands of pieces of enemy equipment and inflicted enormous losses on the occupiers. These warriors are behind up to 20% of all enemy infantry losses. This is a high level of effectiveness that speaks for itself. Thanks to Alpha’s long-range operations, the enemy is feeling the consequences of its own aggression far from the front lines, deep in Russia’s rear. And there are even more successful operations ahead.

Thank you to every Alpha warrior for your service and for the results you deliver for the country. Eternal honor and gratitude to all those who gave their lives defending Ukraine.

Last night, our long-range sanctions targeted the occupiers’ military logistics, oil industry, and air defense. All of this is a just response to Russia’s brutal attacks against our people. I thank the warriors of the Security Service of Ukraine, the Unmanned Systems Forces, the Defense Intelligence of Ukraine, and the Special Operations Forces for their successful work at a distance of about 300 kilometers from the frontline.

Facilities on both sides of the Crimean Bridge were hit: maritime logistics used to transport oil in the Krasnodar region and an oil depot in temporarily occupied Kerch. In addition, military logistics facilities were successfully struck, along with four radar stations belonging to S-400 systems and two Pantsir systems.

I am grateful to all our warriors for their precision and professionalism. Russia understands only strength, and our long-range strength is certainly working for peace. Glory to Ukraine!

Según una confesión filtrada del Ministerio de Defensa de la Federación Rusa, para “cerrar el cielo” sobre la ciudad es necesario multiplicar ( aprox ) por 100 (¡!) la potencia de la defensa antiaérea, lo cual es absolutamente irreal, incluso si se destinara a ello absolutamente todo lo de lo que dispone la Federación Rusa.

Moscú, enorme y topográficamente “extensa” , es un blanco ideal, cuya defensa se diseñó para una realidad militar diferente.
Todo ha cambiado en cuatro años de guerra real.
Sí, las Fuerzas Armadas de Ucrania se están comportando de momento como caballeros, atacando fábricas, almacenes e “instalaciones”de las capitales de la Federación Rusa.
Pero muy pronto esa galantería se agotará. Llegará el verdadero infierno. Igual que para los habitantes de Kyiv y Járkiv Reducirá a cenizas y ensangrentará a todos.
Muy pronto, la muerte dejará de ser una “invitada” y obtendrá la residencia permanente en Moscú.
Empezará lo más interesante.
Rusia, como una rana que bebe a través de una pajita, hinchada por su delirio de victoria, aún no ha comprendido en qué se ha metido.
Sigue viviendo en el espejismo de su invencibilidad. We all see that Putin is now relying on one last thing: constant missile attacks. He has ballistic missiles. So we need anti-ballistic capabilities.

We’ve done a lot to defend against drones, and our interception rate is above 90 percent. That is a serious achievement. We are also defending against cruise missiles. But Russian ballistic missiles remain a problem, and we need an answer to that problem.

Our anti-ballistic coalition – all the countries that are part of it – must demonstrate full capability and deliver real results – better this year.

By this winter, we should already see concrete outcomes from our joint work on anti-ballistic defense.

I am grateful to the United Kingdom and Prime Minister @Keir_Starmer for another decision in support of Ukraine. UK Export Finance will allocate £210 million for the supply of enriched uranium to support Ukraine’s nuclear energy sector, which is the main source of power supply for our people and our economy.

The UK is also introducing a new package of sanctions against Russia, targeting Russia’s shadow fleet and the financial networks the Russian Federation uses to circumvent sanctions. The new British restrictions are being applied for the first time against tankers carrying sanctioned liquefied natural gas, the proceeds from the sale of which Russia is using to finance its war. This is a necessary step, and just as with oil tankers, it is important that there ultimately be the ability not only to stop these shadow fleet vessels, but also to seize them. Thank you!

Watching videos of the burning Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra after a Russian attack hurts. It feels awful, like somebody is twisting a knife in my guts.

And you know why? Is it because of the Lavra's significance for Ukraine? Yes, but not only that. It’s because Russia is allowed to destroy our churches, our language, our museums, our artists. Zelenskyy has shown the aftermath of the enemy attack on the Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra. According to the President, it has been confirmed that two russian drones deliberately targeted the part of Kyiv where the Lavra and the Mystetskyi Arsenal are located. Across Ukraine, 11 people are confirmed dead and 53 injured as a result of the overnight massive russian strike.

"I have instructed the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine and our entire diplomatic team to maximize all contacts with partners today so that the international events of this week and next week yield real results for strengthening our defense and increasing global pressure on russia for this war. A just response to this russian strike is necessary," Zelenskyy concluded.
