🚨Help your Microsoft Teams Direct Routing friends, colleagues and service providers not look bad and have an outage on September 5th! 🚨

🟣 On September 5th, Microsoft will perform a 24-hour test where all Direct Routing will switch to a new Certificate Authority (CA)

🟣 If your SBC doesn’t trust the new CA, you will have an outage.

🙏 Please share this, tell a friend, and if someone else looks after your Direct Routing, please ask them to confirm they have updated and tested

🟣 There is a test they can perform right now to confirm it's all working ahead of September 5th.

CRM Record Pop coming to inbound Microsoft Teams Phone PSTN calls.

On acceptance of a PSTN call, an automatic browser launch can happen alongside Microsoft Teams, displaying relevant CRM record/case for that number.

It's now also possible to suppress (or not) the system greeting for shared voicemail on call queues.
Previous behavior was always suppressed with audio file, never suppressed with TTS. (No option to control.)

Unfortunate change in @Azure. If your customer don't have an enterprise agreement, you can no longer unblock port 25 for outbound #smtp.
Big game changer for me. You can no longer host your #Exchange hybrid server and smtp relay in #MicrosoftAzure
