@addisstandard @addisstandard is not accurate. What the United States lifted ( let it expire) is the OFAC sanctions blacklist imposed after the Tigray conflict. It didn't remove the arms embargo. It should have removed the meaningless arms embargo also as it did for Ethiopia.
