@rsingh1498 When you mention authenticity I believe you are referring to creating your own way of reaching out through digital media. Within that have you ever checked out the CEO of t-mobile he using the accessibility of social media to spread current news with his company.

@allcapswarrior I believe that with technology we can connect better and tie any loose ends but having that in-person communication is still needed, which I believe every leader should do.
