I found an amazing educational technology tool called @sutori that is a great platform for teachers to share informational units with their students, and for the students to be able to interact with these presentations of information in creative and collaborative ways.

My goals for my screen time usage involve taking a long break from social media, and trying to use the time that I would have been on these constructively to work on my art and other important endeavors instead. This break will help bring down my screen time.

My screen time usage is high, but I use my phone a lot for things such as music and a yoga app which benefit me in a positive way. I would say I use half my screen time for education purposes, but I know I could limit my social media usage a decent amount.

A2: It is tough to find this balance because so much of school uses technology in this day and age but I think it has to be very intentional and one must be willing to only use the technology when they absolutely need it instead of scrolling for hours, so timers on apps may help.

I think some good ways to moderate screen time and usage is to maybe only use it for what you absolutely need to get done such as schoolwork and putting it to rest otherwise. I think setting timers can also help, and having a daily screen use goal that you do not go over.
