@JenkinsLindy @elvie I was told I’ll have to get a new pump as it’s over 2 years since I bought it. I’m happy to pay for the repairs but was told I’ll need to get a new one. Can I get hub only? My baby has a rare genetic condition called EB and all I can do is manage pain, dressings and breast milk.

@elvie I had my pump hub replaced. It got stuck on my breast while expressing. I had to go to A&E, very scary.This time the hub just stopped working. The new hub is less than two years old but they are not willing to replace or repair it. Very upsetting!

@fatima_bhaiyat @elvie The pump is superb when it works. Sadly it’s not very reliable and very expensive. I am upset as need to express but hanging there and waiting for Elvie to get back to me.

Otherwise, they suggest packing the car seat in your suitcase. Hm... I don't think so.

@wizzair I am consider contacting media here in the UK, it will make it an interesting heading Airline charged up to £100 for checking-in an infant car seat.

@wizzair Wow! You are saying I have to pay additional £100 to take the car seat? We deliberately booked two lots of 32kg luggage so that we have enough limit to pack mainly things for the little one. Is there way to add only another 10kg, I am sorry but this is ridiculous.

@wizzair I don’t think a car seat would fit inside any suitcase. You advertise you want to make travelling with babies as smooth as possible but in reality it is quite the opposite. No airline charges £100 for a chat seat.

@wizzair When I log in, I only have the option to add 32kg. The car seat is less than 10kg and so would like to only purchase additional 10kg.This isn’t available when I log in.

@wizzair Thank you. One more think, if we decide to travel with the car seat and chassis only instead, they can be checked in for free as we will be using them to transport the baby within the airport. Is that correct?

@wizzair That is not my question. Car seat, which is part of the travel system, won’t be taken on board but checked in together with the pram. Is this free of charge?
