Prabhjot Singh, 23, a Sikh international student was murdered this Sunday in Truro, Nova Scotia, Canada by 2-4 white males who slit his throat as he came home from his job as a taxi driver.

Truro Police have released one alleged perpetrator but have not ruled out a hate crime.
