As development of Home3 2.0 continues, we're introducing additional improvements designed to make the platform more intuitive and powerful for all users.

Rather than requiring users to know exactly what to ask, we're now surfacing key workflows directly within the application. Users can select from a growing list of guided actions and tools, making it easier to get started and discover the platform's capabilities.

We're also expanding beyond the buyer experience and beginning to build out dedicated seller-focused workflows, with early implementations already appearing throughout the application.

To support real estate professionals, we're developing a centralized dashboard that will provide a clearer overview of active clients, properties, projects, and ongoing work within Home3.

Home3 2.0 Spotlight: CMA Reports & AI Offer Drafting

Home3 2.0 is bringing professional-grade real estate workflows directly into the hands of buyers, sellers, and investors.

Our AI-powered CMA Report generates a comprehensive 15+ page valuation report using comparable sales, property photos, tax history, market statistics, and AI-generated analysis. Every comparable is broken down individually with pricing adjustments and supporting data, resulting in a valuation recommendation comparable to reports produced by licensed appraisers.

We're also introducing AI-powered Offer Drafting. In seconds, Home3 can generate a complete purchase offer modeled after standard real estate legal forms, including purchase terms, earnest money, contingencies, closing timelines, and signature blocks. Advanced options such as escalation clauses, appraisal gap coverage, and seller concessions are fully supported.

Two tasks that traditionally require hours of work can now be completed in minutes with AI.

🔸 Prop3 Deployment on Integra Testnet

As part of our continued development efforts, we've successfully completed the deployment of Prop3 on the Integra testnet.

To properly simulate real market conditions, we built an automated wallet infrastructure capable of generating and managing large sets of wallets with distinct behavioral profiles, including bulls, bears, holders, and active day traders. These wallets are used to simulate primary market participation and the transition into secondary market activity within the Prop3 ecosystem.

🔸 Home3 2.0 Release Timeline Update

As part of our push to complete the Prop3 Integra testnet deployment to a high standard, additional development time was allocated toward finalizing core infrastructure and testing systems.

With the Integra deployment now finalized, our focus has shifted fully back to Home3 2.0 as we finalize deliverables, complete cleanup, and prepare for launch.

Home3 2.0 is scheduled for release by May 22.

🔸 Home3 2.0 is set to launch this month - a robust AI realtor with built-in transaction and advisory capabilities that can generate revenue without relying on tokenization regulations.

🔹 After its release, development focus shifts back to Prop3. The product demo is nearly ready, with solid progress on the Qatar regulatory framework.

🔸 We're planning a new blockchain partnership to make HTS tradable across major chains. ETH pool stays, new pool to be added. Target: later this year.

🔹 Preparing for Integra testnet launch, opening access to new global investors via Prop3.

🔸 First equity investment is nearly finalized, with additional individual investors showing strong interest.

Sandbox Milestone Update

Yesterday we reached a major milestone for Prop3: our regulatory Sandbox application has been officially submitted.

The review process typically takes around one month.
Throughout this phase, the QFTH team will be actively supporting us in following up and progressing toward approval. Entry into the QCB Sandbox allows us to formally test Prop3 in a protected, regulated environment ahead of full licensing.

Our next regulatory step will be applying to the QFC Digital Assets Lab, paving the way toward securing our tokenization license.

Another key milestone is approaching quickly - Web Summit Qatar is now less than three weeks away, where we'll be showcasing our progress and engaging with the wider ecosystem.

x402 Protocol Integration Planning

We've started planning the integration of x402 into the HOME3 ecosystem.

This will help us manage AI-related usage and charging within the app, ensuring our AI agents remain sustainable as functionality expands.

Querying AI agents may require spending $HTS or supported stablecoins, creating additional on-platform utility for $HTS while enabling a scalable, fair usage model.

Prop3 AI Research Tools

We also intend to introduce AI / Scout into Prop3 to assist users with researching listed properties.

This is designed to help users better evaluate opportunities and make more informed investment decisions, supported by appropriate legal disclaimers and compliance considerations.

HOME3 Ecosystem Rebrand - Looking Ahead

As we continue building and expanding our product suite, we're rolling out a strategic rebrand across the entire HOME3 ecosystem.

This includes an updated HOME3 identity alongside individual product brands - Prop3 (currently in development), and future platforms Loan3 and Land3, designed to better reflect the scope of what we're building long term.

This rebrand does not impact the $HTS token in any way - no relaunches, no changes.

It's a brand and architecture evolution to align with a growing, modular ecosystem built for the future.

We'll be sharing more visuals and behind-the-scenes updates soon - but for now, we're thrilled to announce that our QFTH Pre-Accelerator Demo Day is officially set for December 10.

This will be the first time PROP3 is showcased publicly within the program, and we're looking forward to presenting the progress our team and partners have been working toward.

PROP3 Qatar Pre-Accelerator Program - Weekly Update

This week marked significant progress across both operational and creative fronts.

On the operations side, we successfully finalized and signed off on two key plans:

In addition, we completed the full business plan, representing a major milestone for the project’s strategic development.

On the creative front, our team initiated work on Prop3's branding and website, setting the foundation for our visual identity and digital presence. Meanwhile, we began integrating Prop3 into TestFlight in collaboration with our service provider, Veroke, to redesign the app layout and enhance the overall user experience.

Overall, this week's accomplishments bring us closer to a well-structured launch and a cohesive brand identity for Prop3.

QFTH Pre-Accelerator Program Update

This week, our Qatar team took important steps toward realizing our goal of entering the Qatar Central Bank (QCB) Sandbox.

We focused on understanding the innovation scope and documentation requirements necessary for Sandbox participation - a critical milestone in aligning our tokenization app with QCB's regulatory framework.

Alongside that, we held productive roadmap meetings with:

🔸 Morison - Regulatory structuring and compliance
🔸 Panacea - Security and data management

These meetings will help us achieve our QFTH Pre-Accelerator program objective: a fully functional, investment-ready tokenization app, prepared to enter the QCB Sandbox.

In the coming week, our focus shifts to finalizing and approving these roadmaps in collaboration with the QFTH team, moving one step closer to bringing blockchain-based property tokenization to life in Qatar.
