That also means:

The bridge is back up and running, the postmortem is published, and work continues across the full stack, with a primary focus on launching Powfi.

⚙️ Updated the Go SDK to support the full node v4.7.0 API by regenerating the OpenAPI client.
🐛 Fixed a batch of issues in the generated code, including cleaning up multiple model files and adding missing dependencies.
📝 Updated the update.md documentation.

Let’s make the upcoming Powfi Staking simple to understand.
Imagine you hold some ALPH and want to earn staking rewards without taking your capital completely out of the Decentralized Finance (DeFi) ecosystem.

You will have to follow the following steps below:
🔒 When you stake your ALPH on Powfi, your ALPH is securely locked for a period of 30 days.

In return, you receive xALPH, a liquid token representing your staked ALPH.

Here’s the interesting part:
✅ While your ALPH continues earning staking rewards;
✅ Your xALPH can still be used across the Alephium DeFi ecosystem to carry out other activities.

So, the staking action presents a win-win situation.

You can use your acquired xALPH to:
🔄 Trade on DEXs
💧 Provide liquidity
🏦 Use as lending collateral
🌐 Explore other DeFi opportunities

In simple terms: your ALPH can keep earning staking rewards while your xALPH keeps your capital useful in DeFi.

Alephium has released a new full node upgrade, version 4.7.0, hardening the P2P protocol to improve network reliability.

March to Mainnet Report 28/08 🏃

The bridge relaunch remains our primary focus, with a significant full node release and testnet reset shipped this week. With the new full node now live, the final milestone between us and the bridge relaunch has been accomplished.

<Full Node>

🚀 Version 4.7.0 released.
🛡️ Hardened the P2P protocol to improve network reliability under stress.
🔧 Bounded and rate-limited P2P traffic.
✂️ Dropped legacy V1.
📶 Improved Sync V2.
🔒 Enforced per-fee-payer mempool limits.
🔄 Batched wallet sweeps.
⚡ Sped up integration tests.

<Testnet>

✅ Reset the testnet following the v4.7.0 changes.
✅ All testnet services restored and running, including Powfi and the Faucet.

<Wallets>

📱 Mobile wallet upgraded to v2.6.3, with iOS and Android version numbers bumped in sync, preparing for release.
📱 Powfi SDK upgrade, seeing the mobile wallet’s @alephium/powfi-sdk dependency moved from rc.36 to rc.38.

<Bridge>

🌉 Preparations for the bridge relaunch are actively underway.
🌉 The relaunch is expected to take place in the coming week.
