Working on reviewer questions of a manuscript from my dissertation (long time ago) Emotionally really hard and exhausting. Brings up all the insecurities and fears I had as a graduate student. I find myself paralyzed and super slow. :( Feeling like I'm failing my co-authors

It really pisses me off when grad programs & fellowships want diversity statements from my students, asking how their minoritized status will “contribute” to the program. UH, better question, what are you going to do for my students?
