My Christmas gift is the damn virus going around 🤢. Feels like when I had Covid. The Rona got me again. It’s going to mess with my gym gains 😒

Been consistently hitting the gym since late August and maintained healthy eating habits. Today I actually noticed a visual change in my body. My arms, back and legs are so much more toned than when I started. Today I’m thankful for not giving up on myself 😏
