intergenerational trauma and toxicity are inherited through nurture.

@hitRECordJoe Two flawed characters. You could also look at it as a story of two attachment styles--Anxious (Tom) and Avoidant (Summer.) Both would need to work on themselves a lot (therapy, relevant reading, self care) to ever have a healthy relationship. A story of humans being human.
