I think is safe to say that g2 have a formula for success and player growth
I hope for you that kc formula can be as good as g2 one,but now is not

Academy players cant grow cause in europe when we want to win we pick like tier 2 Asian player
And then the 2 best players from kc are european and they were academy players(dont want to talk about g2 )
Europe have talent(not word winning) lets develop
