@AbkaFitzHenley @CNN 2/2 how they were chosen and equit, why they were chosen. Example - schools, churches, government facilities. They are equit with drinking water, safety equipments and food. They are located on the non-flood-prone areas. 20 locations in each parish. Can house 200 persons Etc.
