@TeamYouTube My deleted videos are humorous and are essentially short "memes". I am from Russia and the author who threw me a strike from America. I tried to contact him and he wrote to me that he would ask YouTube to withdraw the strike, but a month has passed and the video has not restored.

@TeamYouTube I do not want to ask the plaintiff for a review or for the case to go to court. Since my content does not break the rules and the appeals are denied, it is possible that I am not appealing correctly. Do you have an example of how to appeal in fair use cases?
