@Wellthatsafirst@ediz1975 But, but, but, hierarchy of the road means it's the responsibility of any vehicle behind him to respond to his whim and avoid a collision.
@BebbMalcolm@stuey_beef The new buzzword is "Two tier policing".
This shows, well, Two tier policing.
It's pointing out one group being targeted for law breaking while another continues with impunity.
@Wren_Poltics@stuey_beef 25 years ago, I used to regularly shop at Jerry's Home store on the Fulham Road, but not in summer because number of hairdryer powered mopeds bimbling to the front of traffic light queues slowed the traffic to the extent the shop would be closed before I could get there!
@botzarelli@The_LCDC Last year, I drove down a road I have driven thousands of times, not knowing it had been made a "liveable neighbourhood"
This time, not wanting another fine, I used tech to maximise my speed, so I could look out for those amongst other things.
@botzarelli@The_LCDC Your starting point was to brag about your engine size. You admit your car will upshift to 4th at 20mph. I'm sure you havw a rudimentary knowlwdge of gravity so should understand the effects of hills.
Lastly where does the buck stop at TFL.
@botzarelli@The_LCDC Again, you've missread what I've written. It seems you are so obsessed with 'winning an argument' you're effectively supplying the narrative to both sides.
Bravo, you can beat yourself in a debate....or are you perhaps hearing voices and arguing with them?
@botzarelli@The_LCDC I lived and worked in Chiswick/Kew Bridge/Brentford for 15 years.
There are LTNs, Neighbourhood Streets and a plethora of new cycle lanes since I left.
@botzarelli@The_LCDC I did it, because it is mandated. I don't agree with how many roads are subject to it. Then again, when it comes to imposing daft restrictions Khan is a master of the art.
@LordBakersLodge@The_LCDC Based upon your vast knowledge of my car, and the area I was driving in....oh no, wait, you know neither and are really just an objectionable fool.
@benjyminty@The_LCDC Must try harder pal.
I did control the speed. I used a function designed to do it.
That way I could concentrate on the road ahead, instead if micro managing my speed.
@botzarelli@The_LCDC No, and I didn't 'have a problem'. Even on Richmond Hill & Petersham, I used a speed limiter function so I could concentrate on new road layouts since I last drove there.
