@KnightLegg @cafreeland They delayed implementing the capitol gains tax until late June, so cottage owners, and investors panic, and sell/ liquidate at the lower tax rate. They sell off investments they were planning on holding. Libs are taking huge tax gains away from future governments. Ponzi scheme.
