My flight UA 955 delayed 9 hours and the counter was closed after waited for half hour. Now I am waiting in a long line to talk to another counter staff at 11:00PM in the airport. Paid $7000 for the business class and this is how they treat their customer?! @united

@Caltrain I think something wrong with the ticket vendor. Tried to pay my daily parking ticket on Santa Clara Station. But it refused all four of my credit cards. I was able to pay with my credit card yesterday. I will get some cash and pay it when return to Santa Clara station.
