リラックスチケット使用時、預けてから3分後に1EXPになり、即引き取ると端数が切り上げられて1EXP獲得できます。
つまり、繰り返すと3分で1EXP貯められます。レベルアップまであとちょっとのポケモンがいるときの端数調整に便利かも？

⚠️注意
この方法を寝ずに繰り返しても、3分で1EXPしか貯まりません。1日にすると最大480EXPです(実際はアニメーションの待ち時間などがあるのでもっと少ない)。
まとまったEXPを貯めたい場合は、1週間預けて1日600EXPもらうほうが賢いし、効率がいいです。即引き取りの効率が悪くなるように、ちゃんと対策されてるわけですね。

EXP獲得量アップのせいかくでも、初回のEXP獲得には3分必要です。
獲得EXPの式はおそらく次のものです。
・EXP獲得量アップ: floor(600×1.18×経過分÷1440)
・それ以外: floor(600×経過分÷1440)
※リラックスチケット使用時

EXPアップは2分の段階のEXPは0.983で絶妙に1に足りません。調整のうまさが見えますね。
EXP獲得量アップのせいかくのほうがEXPが増えるのは7分から。7分時点でアップせいかくは3、それ以外は2になってることを確認してます。
