I remember when announcing this fight how remarkable it was that Mayweather basically stayed in the pocket with Canelo for the vast majority of the fight like this clip. Canelo was at the higher weight in general and was thought of as the bigger puncher. In fact Floyd kept Alvarez on his back foot a lot.

so close to my sons ect. The answer is simple, I treat them as a priority, not an obligation.
I showed up when they were young, I show up now they’re men, and I take as much interest in their lives as I did when they were boys. Return on investment!

Emotional stability… I look for it in boxers now. It’s apparent in boxers behaviours. Those that show all these traits in build ups, preparation, press conference and weighins then under perform the night. When I see it now I bet on the other fighter. #MMFDKSAB
