Because every day they're working their ass's off, underpaid, overworked, unsafe levels of staff on the wards, in every department. And no one is listening because the government doesn't give a rats ass about the NHS.

@CourtneyWilding My retired mum (state pension) has been told her bill has increased from 60 to £140 a month. That's more than our family of 5 spend. And her house is always cold as she rarely has the heating on as 60 was too much for her.
