No tienen…
Kershaw, Verlander y Max HOF seguros.
Greinke (Sabathia es HOF). Mejor pitcher, bate y guante q CC.
Pudieran llegar:
Sale 200W? 3K casi
Degrom solo 105W (Johan Santana 2.0)(Koufax?)
Cole 200W? 3K?

Great read to where Pedro’s peak stands in history and why. And the only one to really challenge him is non other than Mad Dog. Not Randy, or Koufax or Walter.
@maxkellerman Comparing eras in any sport is complex. Koufax and Gib were elite. The 60’s was MLB’s Golden age for pitchers. 1968 was the year of the pitcher. Consequently they lowered the mound by 5” and shrunk the strike zone. Safe to say Pedro and Maddux faced better batting from 1990-2009.
@Ty4191@maxkellerman The error is saying Maddux underachieved his regular season level. He didn’t. If you look at W/L. Not elite. But his # are great, but lacked run support. Glavine had similar fate with ATL.
Example of underachieving is Kershaw. 2.53 ERA to 4.62 and still managed 13-13.
@Ty4191@maxkellerman Agree! And if you take into account his only postseason appearance with the cubs. He got hammered in 2 games. His 3.27 ERA in the postseason skyrocketed because of 7 IN and 11 runs.
2.81 ERA in ATL, 182.2 out of 198 total inning pitched. Is 92% of his postseason pitching career.
