@JayPykw @nevillesanjana @geochurch Using my first tweet ever to answer a science question :-)... dCas9-KRAB did work. It's just that when scaled to the same level as dCas9-KRAB-MeCP2 you can't see the effect. I've attached one of the supp figs we had during our first submission (removed by NM due to space limits).
