@VolvoCarUSA Contacted dealer & serviced new lease three times for same issue within two months. GM of dealership invites me to contact corp. 
Assuming the corporate office would be helpful and mitigate customer service and service recovery… that failed too.

Perhaps you should know that the SW and a translator were telling my mom that she’s being discharged....check mental status before having that conversation. This is wrong on all levels!
