Based on these findings, we make three recommendations that should be considered when interpreting, analysing and fitting iPSC-CM action potential data.
Excited to share my first accepted paper with the @DavidChristini Lab. We developed a pipeline for detecting drug cardiotoxicity using electrophysiological modeling and iPSC-CMs.
