@British_Airways 6 Days to reply to a Customer Service request, so I took 6 to reply to you.
Day 15 since requesting a refund for a flight cancelled by @British_Airways and still nothing. But I am a further £3300 out of pocket!
So @British_Airways my return flight from SA was cancelled and despite trying I am now stuck here. The ‘helpline’ you set up are not even aware of the suspension of flights and have zero information. Please advise how you will be getting UK citizens back to their families!
And the @British_Airways saga continues. Still NO communication with passengers who’s flight you cancelled and the helpline now directs me to your website.

Yesterday, when out Trick or Treating, Zak bumped into a school friend, Ben was in his wheelchair ♿️ to save energy and Zak’s friend asked why Ben was in a wheelchair, without hesitation he answered,
‘Ben has different muscles’ and that was that, ‘Oh Ok!’ was the response and they carried on.
The impact of Zak, ONLY 4 YEARS OLD, normalising the situation cannot be measured. He’s already making a difference.
@JHowellUK What a load of drivel… you have totally neglected those who support and fund clinical trials for rare disease. Where you pull this from at 3.30 on a Sunday afternoon, I do not know. Stick to serving your constituents…oh sorry, you don’t give a monkeys about them either! #puppet
