The blocker is what's surfaced by the chain.

Most chains simply fail to provide necessary information within a tx, and even if they do, it's often a "preview" that isn't engine enforceable.

Solution requires the chain VM to surface the correct information and execution state.

@Apple iOS feature request: for iPhones with Always On Display, I get distracted by the minute up ticks. Can you add an iOS clock setting so that you display: HH:M-, thus I will only see minute up ticks every 10 minutes. Similar to how you do in the Timer app for SS when locked
