@monstergirlbla1 @MoondustMoth Also, all social accounts are original owners until they decide to give them up. Trademarks don't touch that, they mainly deal with domain names. You won't be able to do anything, your lawyers would just suggest you make a deal and purchase the account which noone wants.

Your logic is that if anyone wanted to, they can look at random names and open a business and then everyone has to give them the accounts...
