Valereum’s $200M raise: deal progress news

All eyes are on our recently-announced $200m agreement with QGP and we’re happy to share material progress. “V-QGP” has been formally established to facilitate the drawdown and deployment of the R&S capital. Valereum has issued shares to QGP in return, with a full lock-up agreed until the capital is released. 

Valereum will have (subject to deal conclusion) a substantial long-term capital platform to accelerate its AI tokenisation, infrastructure and digital asset initiatives. With due diligence well advanced, completion is expected in the coming days.
